About Ceviche by the Sea

Location: 2823 E Oakland Park Blvd Oakland Park, FL 33306

Ceviche by the Sea’s menu has been described as traditional Peruvian dishes with international flavors and a contemporary presentation. The owners are Antonio Pardo and Steve Kahn. After a series of life-changing events in 2010, Peruvian native Antonio Pardo traveled back to Peru to reconnect with his heritage. Upon returning to Florida, he knew he had to bring a taste of his rich culture and cuisine to Broward County and in October 2012, Ceviche by the Sea opened its doors. Upon entering the restaurant, the ambient lighting emits a warm and welcoming feeling while the walls, adorned with Incan artwork from the Gold Museum of Peru, inject the sense of vibrant South American culture, making you feel like you’ve traveled to Peru without ever leaving Fort Lauderdale. The kitchen is run by the talented head chef Carlos Delgado. Carlos Delgado was voted the best young chef at the Mistura food festival, a 10-day annual feast held in Lima, which attracts more than half a million people. Set in this majestic restaurant, our guests will be transported to Peru and will taste the many cultures that make up the Peruvian people and Peruvian cuisine.
